Job Description
The Social Care Leader will be responsible for:
* Providing person-centered care and support to service users
* Leading and managing a team of social care staff
* Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual needs
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service user progress
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years' experience working in a social care or related role
* A relevant qualification such as a QQI Level 7 degree in Social Care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
