Job Title: NQ Financial Accountant – Aircraft Leasing
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Our client is a privately backed aircraft leasing business with an established asset portfolio and operations based in Dublin. The organisation owns and manages aircraft leased to airline customers globally and operates through multiple Irish entities. The business continues to invest in its finance function, with a strong focus on financial control, high-quality reporting, and building long-term capability in-house.

Who should apply?
ACA or ACCA qualified (0 – 2 years PQE)
Trained in practice or coming from a financial services or funds background
Aircraft leasing or aviation experience not required
Strong exposure to statutory accounts preparation and audit coordination
Comfortable with detailed balance sheet ownership and controls
Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
Motivated by responsibility, learning curve, and long-term progression
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into senior finance leadership, the successful hire will play a key role in strengthening financial control across the group:
Ownership of month‑end accounting for aircraft‑owning entities
Preparation and coordination of statutory financial statements
Managing the external audit process and supporting timely sign‑off
Oversight of aircraft‑related accounting including disposals, accruals, and reserves
Maintaining robust balance sheet reconciliations and controls
Supporting improvements to group reporting processes and timelines
Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
