Key Responsibilities
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned global customer
* Drive long-term strategic growth by understanding customer needs, challenges, business objectives, and strategy
* Establish Hitachi Vantara as a cooperative performance partner through exceptional service and value delivery
Strategic Account Planning
1. Conduct annual account planning workshops and periodic reviews with customers
2. Develop comprehensive account plans that align with customer goals, including CAPEX and OPEX spend, innovation opportunities, sustainability initiatives, and strategic solutions
3. Lead the implementation of these plans to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Orders Achievement and Growth
1. Achieve budget-oriented KPIs and drive growth through strategic wins
2. Implement digital and service strategies to double up on performance
Customer Relationship Management
1. Develop and manage relationships at all levels within Hitachi Vantara and the customer organization
2. Act as the focal point for problem resolution and ensure consistent customer experience
3. Understand customer pain points and become a valued strategic partner to senior executives
Team Leadership
1. Form and lead a global account team with enabling behavioral competencies
2. Conduct regular meetings to ensure alignment and foster continuous learning and adaptation
3. Lead Capture Teams to close significant opportunities
Communication and Negotiation
1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey complex topics
2. Develop imaginative sales strategies and navigate negotiations with finesse for win-win outcomes
3. Utilize solutions selling and consultative selling techniques
Your Background
We require a proven track record in medium to long-term planning and face-to-face selling across multiple lines of business.
Experience in developing and implementing medium to long-range sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify customer relationships is essential.
Strong skills in resolving customer issues and ensuring high-quality customer service are also necessary.
