Service Delivery Engineer 2

What You’ll Achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer 2, you will gain insights into Dell Technologies world‑class Supply Chain business, deliver a superior customer experience for our services customers, and lead transformational activities that bring productivity gains to our team. You will be responsible for managing our services operations backlog within the supply chain and ensuring orders are solutioned promptly. You will collaborate with Service Delivery Project Management Teams, Services Enablement, Engineering, Global Operations, and Partners to ensure customer orders flow through the supply chain frictionlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer service orders
Work with Global Operations, Engineering, IT, and Enablement teams to remove operational bottlenecks
Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement long‑term fixes
Develop automation and tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work
Track and communicate progress on operational issues and improvements
Identify opportunities to streamline processes across the EMEA services supply chain
Essential Requirements
Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or Service Delivery environments
Experience with automation, scripting, or programming (Python, PowerShell, SQL, etc.)
Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and operations teams
Strong communication skills
Desirable Requirements
Experience in services supply chain operations with data analysis or AI‑driven automation
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
