We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance services to our clients across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with contracts managers and operations teams to collect daily tasks
* Communicate regularly with clients to update them on work progress and provide solutions to any issues that may arise
* Maintain safe working environments for clients and housing occupants until works are complete
* Follow up with operations teams on any additional works required by subcontractors or other personnel
