Job Description: Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee program management of Managed Support services including Apps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and End User Computing.
Your responsibilities include driving governance, ensuring customer satisfaction, continuous service improvement, innovation, and ITIL process enhancements for the client.
You will have full accountability for the support program, managing SLAs, client sponsors, and stakeholders.
Collaborating with the Head of IT and team members, you will identify and mitigate project risks, manage teams, and foster team building.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in managing support programs
Experience managing senior stakeholders (Directors, Senior Directors)
Excellent team management skills
Experience in Retail or CPG industry is a plus
Knowledge of ITIL and SIAM is advantageous
