**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to take ownership of sales strategy and implementation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* BUILD AND INSPIRE A DYNAMIC SALES TEAM:
* Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments.
* Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 5 years' experience working as a Sales Manager in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Multi-site experience is a distinct advantage.
* Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team.
* Effective communicator who promotes collaboration.
* Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends.
