We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join the team at Farnham Estate. Our Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains smooth business functioning during their shift.

Role/Responsibilities
Previous experience in a similar field, in 4 or 5 star properties
Have high attention to detail in presentation standards
Ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
Be a team player, self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative
Quick decision-making to resolve operational or customer issues
Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with staff and customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain operational efficiency
Be available to work across 7 days per week and be able to work flexible hours
