We manufacture complete distribution systems, including MV and LV switchgear, busbar trunking, energy management systems and modular power solutions. All manufacturing processes are carried out in-house, including sheet metal fabrication, paintwork, punching, pressing and bending copper & aluminium.

Job Summary:
A Project Scheduler within a Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for planning, organising, and scheduling project activities. They work closely with project managers and teams to develop detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Utilising project management software, they create Gantt charts and critical path analyses to visualise project schedules and identify potential bottlenecks.
Apart from supporting project execution, they also support other Business units in presales phase by defining project execution schedule esspecially in Presales phase.
Responsibilities:
1. Developing Project Schedules:
o Create detailed project schedules that outline tasks, dependencies, durations, and milestones.
o Utilize Project management software and tools to input and manage schedule data.
2. Collaborating with Stakeholders:
o Engage with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information necessary for schedule development.
o Facilitate discussions to ensure accurate representation of project activities and timelines.
3. Analyzing and Adjusting Schedules:
o Continuously monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
o Analyze critical paths and identify potential risks or delays.
Requirements:
* Minimum of one year related-work experience in the construction industry, or as a project scheduler oir Junior Project Manager.
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal
* Good analytical and planning skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS project
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
