The Project Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading a team that provides exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, supervising staff, and providing guidance on policies and procedures.
\

Responsibilities and Duties:
\
* Lead by example, working alongside the team to deliver support and demonstrate best practice
\
* Develop the staff team through effective mentoring, coaching, and training
\
* Attend internal and external learning events and develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills
\
* Ensure the team understands the role of key working and uses this model to deliver good outcomes for people
\
* Participate in the internal audit process and the development and implementation of new and improved policies and procedures
\
* Liaise and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, standards, regional guidance, and internal policies and procedures
\
* Comply with statutory and contractual reporting requirements for regulatory bodies
\
* Promote good working relationships with relevant personnel within the statutory and voluntary sectors
\
* Provide on-call cover when necessary
\
* Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures relevant to handling personal information and data
\
* Attend management-related training, meetings, and seminars to develop new learning and improve service delivery
\
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\
* One of the following professional qualifications: a professional social work qualification and registered on the NISCC register, a first-level registered nurse on the Nursing and Midwifery Council register, or an allied health professions registered with the Health Professions Council
\
* A minimum of four years' work experience in a health and social care setting with people with a learning disability, including at least two years in a relevant operational management capacity
\
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (Adult Management) and a minimum of five years' practice experience in any health and social care setting, including at least two years in an operational management capacity
\
