Programming& Configuration
Program,configure, and troubleshoot Honeywell controllers (ComfortPoint Open,Excel 800, Spyder, XL series).
Developgraphics, dashboards, trends, alarms, and schedules within Honeywell EBIand WEBs-N4 platforms.
Implementenergy optimization sequences and integrate third-party systems viaBACnet/IP, Modbus RTU/TCP, and OPC.
Overseeon-site installation, loop checks, and point-to-point testing of fielddevices (sensors, actuators, VFDs, meters).
Conductsystem integration tests, FAT/SAT, and final commissioning in compliancewith project requirements and standards.
Ensuresmooth handover with detailed system documentation, O&M manuals, andclient training.
Operation,Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Monitorand optimize building systems for energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Diagnoseand resolve hardware/software issues in Honeywell BMS controllers,servers, and networks.
Provideremote and on-site support, preventive maintenance, and correctiveactions.
Validation& Compliance
ExecuteIQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols for BMS in pharmaceutical and GMPenvironments.
Ensurecompliance with ISO, ASHRAE, and local building codes.
Supportfull project lifecycle: requirement gathering, FDS development,programming, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Collaboratewith mechanical/electrical contractors, consultants, and end-users forsmooth project delivery.
Providetechnical support and training to facility operations teams.

Strongknowledge of HVAC systems, energy management, and building services.
Hands-onexperience with system commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting.
Excellentproblem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
