We are seeking a young highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team as aSales Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
* Assist Business Development Manager with customer orders and order processing.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
* Assist with sales reports and data entry.
* Assist with sales promotions and marketing activities.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of hardware industry is a plus.
