As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated graduate to join our Media & Marketing team.Role OverviewThe Graduate Media & Marketing Assistant will support the Media and Marketing department in the development of marketing materials, event coordination, and digital content. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities in a fast-paced, practical industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the creation and design of marketing materials, including:Brochures and leafletsProduct information cataloguesNew product leaflets and information packs for dealersSupport the preparation of marketing materials specifically for trade shows and eventsAssist with the organization, setup, and coordination of trade shows and exhibitionsHelp manage and create content for social media platformsWork with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all materialsAssist with updating and maintaining product information and promotional contentProvide general support to the Media & Marketing department as requiredwith travel to trade shows as requiredCandidate RequirementsRecently graduated (or graduating) in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related disciplineStrong interest in marketing, media, and brand communicationGood written and visual communication skillsFamiliarity with social media platforms and basic content creationExperience with design software (e.g. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantageOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasksWillingness to travel and assist at trade shows and events when requiredA proactive attitude and eagerness to learnWhat We OfferHands-on experience across multiple areas of marketingOpportunity to work with an established brand in the agri-technology sectorSupport and mentoring from an experienced marketing teamExposure to trade shows, product launches, and dealer communicationsJob Types: Full-time, GraduatePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionEmployee discountFlexitimeOn-site parkingWork from homeWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 12/01/2026
