About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate stock levels of fast-moving items, utilizing effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
* Provide quotes to customers with confidence and professionalism, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
* Resolve day-to-day customer enquiries in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Part-source products as required, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
* Collect parts from local suppliers with ease, utilizing efficient logistics and transportation systems.
* Perform general administrative tasks as needed, maintaining accurate records and reports.
* Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and reliable fulfillment.
* Create and maintain efficient management reports to inform business decisions, analyzing data to optimize workflows and drive business growth.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals, leveraging market insights and industry trends to achieve strategic objectives.
* Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations, fostering collaborative partnerships and driving mutual success.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP systems to optimize workflows, staying current with technological advancements and best practices.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes to drive business growth, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong product knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables, with excellent understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
* Excellent sales and customer relationship development skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships and drive revenue growth.
* Strong negotiating and purchasing skills to secure the best possible deals, leveraging market insights and industry trends to achieve strategic objectives.
* Methodical and well-organized approach with strong knowledge of management systems, including inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management.
* Current driving license for frequent supplier visits, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and IT literate, with ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
