Senior Property Manager Role
This position requires a seasoned professional to oversee the management of a housing association, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and delivering exceptional property services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, tenancy administration, and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of four to provide customer-focused property management and conveyancing support services.
* Support business growth plans and contribute to target achievement.
* Oversee the property portfolio, conducting housing inspections and ensuring accurate billing of rents.
* Lead on new property location identification, funding applications, and development projects.
* Prepare for board meetings and produce regular progress reports.
* Develop and maintain internal systems for compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to tender writing and contract preparation.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of senior management experience in property or tenancy management.
* Relevant third-level qualification in property or construction (NFQ7) or equivalent.
* Familiarity with legislative and statutory regulations governing housing management.
* Experience with CAS and CALF Funding Schemes.
* Demonstrated knowledge of property repair and maintenance, including sinking fund management.
