The centre is hosted by Teagasc, in partnership with the Tyndall National Institute, the Telecommunications Software & Systems Group (TSSG) at Waterford Institute of Technology, and the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at University College Dublin.PhD PositionsApplicants are invited to apply for PhD positions within VistaMilk in the School of Computer Science at the University College Dublin, Ireland. UCD is looking to hire a number of talented graduates with an interest in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence specifically in the areas of:Pasture ManagementAnimal HealthDairy ProcessesEntry Requirements2.1 grade (or equivalent) in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, maths, engineering or similar technical discipline.Non‑native English speakers require at least IELTS 6.5 (with at least 6 in all components) or equivalent.ScholarshipEach student in the centre will receive a generous scholarship valued at around €110,000.
