The Department of Education and Youth are now recruiting Senior Quantity Surveyors Grade I for its Planning and Building Unit in Tullamore, Co.
Offaly.

Main Duties of the Job
Senior Quantity Surveyors Grade I will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the Department's objectives with regard to the provision of new, and the upgrade of existing, educational accommodation.
In addition, they will lead on designated work programmes and advise on matters relating to procurement and cost control of capital investments and budgets, projects and work programmes over their inception, procurement and delivery.
