IT Technician Support Specialist
to join our remote team

What You'll Do:
Provide technical support via email, chat, or phone
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain devices and systems
Manage support tickets and document solutions
Collaborate with IT and operations teams on escalations
Assist with system upgrades, security updates, and maintenance
Identify opportunities to improve IT workflows and user experience
What You Bring:
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
Knowledge of hardware, software, and network fundamentals
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience with ticketing tools or ITIL frameworks is a plus
Previous IT support or help desk experience is beneficial
