Overview Are you a talented and enthusiastic CQV HVAC? Due to our growing CQV project workload, we now wish to appoint a CQV HVAC to support a large scale Pharmaceutical project in South Dublin The successful candidate will have a proven track record of ldesign, installation, and qualification of HVAC systems to maintain controlled environments for manufacturing and cleanroom operations. Responsibilities Oversee HVAC design, installation, and commissioning for new, high-value capital projects. Manage BIM (Building Information Modelling), and developing technical specifications like P&IDs and equipment sizing. Acting as the subject matter expert for HVAC, air handling units (AHU), isolators, and refrigeration systems. Oversee HVAC system design and ensure compliance with ISO cleanroom classifications. Manage commissioning and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ). Ensure environmental monitoring systems meet regulatory standards. Collaborate with construction and validation teams for timely execution. Troubleshoot HVAC performance issues and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in HVAC systems for pharma/biotech facilities. Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 14644, and regulatory guidelines. Ability to manage contractors and cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
