Overview
The responsibility of the Fieldsales Manager is to lead, motivate and inspire a team of Residential Field Sales Reps in the delivery of sales targets through best-in-class planning, sales execution, compliance and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities
Delivery of KPIs including, headcount and sales targets
Be a role-model for your team, always leading from the front in terms of performance, quality and compliance
Knowledge Expert – product and selling skills and objection handling
Hands on leader – this is a field-based role where you will actively sell and demonstrate the sales strategy to coach and support team members, both new and existing
Ability to tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team members' engagement and learning
Support the Client Service Manager as required
Continuous identification and sharing of market intelligence to ensure all opportunities are identified and grasped within the team
Ensure the team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations
Robust communication routines with team members on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure effective planning, pipeline management, opportunity identification management and conversion
Functional Responsibilities
Provide ongoing industry insight from the field and team members and channel accordingly
Maintain knowledge on all client services and activities and ensure the team are kept informed and understand how to include in presentations to deliver benefits to prospects
Represent CPM and our client in a consistently professional manner
Support recruiting, onboarding and training of new staff as required
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Qualifications
Experience of people leadership in a target driven field-based setting, including recruitment, induction, personal development, performance management, quality and compliance
Track record of managing teams to sales targets in sales or in a comparably demanding self-directed environment
Competent IT Skills.
Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office and efficiently managing the admin processes and systems required to manage the team

Articulate and confident communicator across all media types, with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capability

Positive mindset interacting with customers, colleagues and clients
Autonomous and solution focused – proactive approach to problem solving and dynamic in their approach to motivating and energising a team
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset – able to interrogate data / performance metrics to identify trends and corresponding actions
Full Irish driving licence
Fluent English
