Job Description
We are seeking a strategic business operator to lead the optimization and scaling of our demand engine's processes. This role will serve as the primary operational partner for Marketing, ensuring that every lead moves through the funnel efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, understands both art and science of top-of-funnel management, and can operate at the intersection of process, systems, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning end-to-end Lead Flow processes to ensure accurate routing with speed
* Maintaining and evolving routing logic in partnership with Marketing Ops
* Monitoring SLA adherence for lead follow-up; establishing processes to flag breaches;
Cross-Functional Partnership:
This role requires collaboration closely with SDR leadership on team visibility into pipeline expectations.
