Lead Team Mentor
Mentor and guide a team of business development representatives (BDRs) that support independent software vendors (ISVs). Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and leading by example.
* Develop and refine the program structure and operational processes to ensure efficient execution.
* Source opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound programs.
Drive sales enablement by collaborating with Google and partners on value proposition and sales tools. Enable them to identify, qualify, win opportunities, and maximize profits.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to increase product awareness and demand.
Engage in joint expertise and escalation support, providing product and program expertise to key stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with competitive positioning and knowledge of market trends.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as a BDR, sales representative, partner management, or similar industry roles.
* Sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management skills.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, ISVs, or SaaS environments.
* Ability to present technically to both small and large audiences virtually.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
* Proven ability to lead teams while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure in evolving programs.
