Ann Nugent & Company are looking for an Accounting Technician or Accounts Assistant/Receptionist for their office in Mullingar town.
The suitable candidate must have experience of dealing with people's queries and work on their own initiative.They will undertake both bookkeeping and administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff can work efficiently.
The tasks will include bookkeeping, reception and accounts duties. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising, self-motivated, trustworthy and confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
Requirements
Suitable applicant must;
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office Software.
* Have a working knowledge of the Bright Accounts Production Package (formerly Relate Accounts Production) or any similar accounts package.
* Have a working knowledge in the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
* Have a working knowledge of payroll preparation.
* Have a working knowledge of the Revenue Online System.
* Have good interpersonal skills to deal with clients in a polite and confidential manner.
