About the Role:
This is a rare and highly impactful opportunity to join a senior consulting team leading national health system transformation programmes. The role offers significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and responsibility for end-to-end programme leadership across multi-workstream initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Programme Leadership – Providing end-to-end leadership across large, multi-workstream transformation programmes
2. Governance & Assurance – Establishing and operating robust programme governance, reporting and decision frameworks
3. Strategic Design – Leading operating model redesign, service transformation and system integration initiatives
4. Stakeholder Management – Engaging with senior executives, clinical leaders and regional stakeholders to drive alignment
5. Change & Communications – Overseeing change strategies, national engagement activity and adoption of new models
• Ensure delivery against milestones, budgets, benefits realisation targets
