* Good understanding of financial planning concepts — pensions (PRSA, Executive, ARF), investments, and protection.
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and written communication skills.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with financial planning systems and investment research tools such as Bloomberg is an advantage.

* Knowledge of CBI compliance requirements and the Consumer Protection Code.
Personal Attributes
* Eager to learn and develop technical knowledge within financial planning and wealth management.
* Professional, client-focused, and trustworthy.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
* This position offers structured progression towards a Financial Planner role, with full support for professional study and development.
