The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Site Manager with new build projects, strong technical and practical knowledge of construction methods, self-motivated with excellent team-building skills, proven track record of delivering projects from inception to completion, analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability, and relevant third-party H&S site management training/certification. Additionally, they must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
