MeathEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-time / Part-time / Flexible consideredProbation: 3 MonthsReports To: OwnerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Showroom Administrator & Client Support person to be the first point of contact for our clients and to support the day-to-day running of our showroom. This is a varied role that combines client hosting, administration, and project coordination.The successful candidate will take pride in their work, be comfortable working independently, and enjoy being at the centre of showroom operations. Training will be provided, with the opportunity to grow into a larger role depending on interests and career goals.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Hosting – Oversee the showroom, greet clients and walk-ins, answer calls and emails, and ensure a welcoming and professional showroom experience.Client Enquiries – Hold initial discussions with clients to understand their project requirements and capture all necessary details, filtering leads effectively for the design team.Project Coordination – Schedule projects and deliveries, liaising with clients, suppliers, and fitters to ensure smooth operations.Product Ordering – Manage the ordering of all products for new projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Showroom Care – Keep the showroom in excellent order, oversee cleaners, handle deliveries, and arrange any maintenance as needed.Skills & ExperienceExperience in a showroom, admin, or client service role (kitchen/bathroom/interiors experience an advantage).Strong IT skills (data entry, scheduling, communication tools).Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.A warm, professional manner and natural people skills.Ability to work independently and show initiative.Willingness to learn product knowledge (training provided).Working HoursMonday to Friday.Alternate Saturdays (rota/time off in lieu to be agreed).Some flexibility considered.What We OfferCompetitive salary (dependent on experience).Full training in products and systems.A supportive and friendly working environment.Opportunity to grow into a bigger role within the business.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €22,500.00-€33,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 20 – 30 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee discountFlexitimeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
