Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Digital & Technology team.
As a key player in our Digital Delivery team, you'll be instrumental in driving the strategic ambitions of the Irish Life Group.
You will develop and deliver technical solutions within a customer-centric culture, enhancing the experience and performance of our digital properties.
What you will help us to achieve
Create Engaging Digital Experiences: Develop user-friendly web applications that delight customers and advisors and are best-in-class digital experiences.
Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI designers, QA, business stakeholders, and the wider IT community.
More specific responsibilities will include
Lead the design and development of digital customer and advisor journeys on our digital properties.
Contribute to strategic planning activities, including scoping and sizing.
Perform critical analysis and peer code reviews.
Represent the team in workshops to ensure optimal solutions.
Mentor and train team members as needed.
Collaborate with business partners and third-party vendors.
Challenge team standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current with new skills and technologies.

Desired Knowledge / Experience / Skills
BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
Detailed knowledge of SQL Server.
Detailed knowledge of Cloud Azure services.
Knowledge of JSON over REST data exchange.
Understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including User-Centred Design and Design Thinking.
