At Altuent, we are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Account Manager with strong content knowledge and expertise to support our clients in achieving their business objectives, which will further drive the growth of Altuent.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to blend your content and business knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic, and supportive environment. You’ll have a deep understanding of navigating corporate structures, solving content-related problems, developing strong internal and external relationships, and experience in growing business areas or teams.
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for growth in new business with key accounts. You will collaborate with the Operations team to ensure consistent delivery of value on each project and address our clients’ ongoing content-related challenges. This is a key leadership role supported by the wider account team, reporting to the Head of Sales and Partnerships.

What will you be doing?
* Providing strategic input and managing key account strategies.
* Listening to client needs and providing feedback to enhance our offerings and possibly develop new services, including technological solutions.
* Leading clients to understand content solutions that address their problems, demonstrating value-based selling.
* Developing and executing account management plans.
* Helping clients achieve their business objectives through content.
* Organizing and conducting business review meetings.
* Reporting on client satisfaction and project learnings.
* Collaborating on thought leadership content and marketing collateral.
* Supporting new customer acquisition and onboarding with the Operations team.
* Providing input on client invoicing and business development metrics.
* Identifying client advocacy opportunities such as case studies and testimonials.
* Attending conferences and client sites as needed.
* Reporting on KPIs related to client management.
Your Skills And Experience
* At least 5 years’ relevant experience in tech communication, learning, or language roles.
* Third-level qualification in content development, marketing, business, or related fields.
* Experience in small business and multinational environments is preferred.
* Account management experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong strategic, interpersonal, negotiation, relationship-building, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Data-driven and analytical, yet personable.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Interest in new technologies like AI, machine learning, AR/VR.
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
* Willing to travel if necessary.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Strong computer skills including CRM, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
