Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of office staff to ensure efficient operations
* Supervise facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments
* Oversee scheduling of staff and resources to optimize efficiency across projects and service delivery
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff development
* Ensure adherence to ISO standards and Health & Safety regulations
* Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing initiatives and brand presence
* Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planning
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Requirements
* 7 years of experience in office or operations management
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting/payroll software
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional responsibilities
* Understanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety compliance
* Flexible, proactive, and customer-first mindset
* Desirable: Experience within the forecourt, energy, or engineering sectors
