Job Opportunity
Construction Project Manager is sought after to manage the construction of a new school building in Wicklow.
The successful candidate will oversee the project from groundworks phase, implementing all health and safety policies and co-ordinating and managing subcontractors.
They will be responsible for checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations, attending regular site meetings with the project team, and planning the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials.
A weekly work diary of progress will be maintained and procedures will be in place to ensure plant is kept in good working order.
The Construction Project Manager will oversee site development to ensure it complies with all current standards and safely complete the project within agreed timelines.
Required Skills:
