THE ROLE
As a floor manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
You will see your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, engaging with in-store, online, and partner channels. Your role includes providing leadership and support to stylist team members, responding to customer inquiries via our online customer service system.
The role requires excellent organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience and a vibrant brand presentation.
Leading the stylist team will be a key part of your responsibilities, coaching and motivating team members to succeed, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional service that makes customers feel amazing.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Spending most of your day on the busy shop floor, trading with stylist teams, and ensuring smooth processes and top-notch customer experiences.
* Providing leadership and support to stylist team members with customer queries across multiple channels related to products and orders.
* Collaborating with our customer experience leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
* Being an ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
* Ensuring products are showcased effectively, following guidelines, and highlighting best-sellers to enhance the brand experience.
* Managing daily store operations and team deployment, supporting your team with coaching and development.
* Working with the management team to exceed store targets and KPIs.
* Handling people matters such as performance reviews, investigations, and attendance management.
* Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set up the store for success each day.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our outlet in Kildare, Ireland, has been open since 2008, trading from 09:00 to 19:00, subject to seasonal changes. It's our only Irish outlet, popular among locals. Our team is passionate, energetic, and music-loving. The store is approximately a 15-minute journey from Kildare station.
