Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will oversee the operational efficiency of residential houses in accordance with HIQA registration guidelines and best practice.
* Promote the recognition and respect of individuals with an intellectual disability at all times.
* Evaluate service delivery and ensure a person-centered approach is maintained, with active involvement from users and their families.
* Develop quality assurance protocols for all aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing resources to optimize fund utilization.
* Supervising staff and providing necessary training opportunities.
* Ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.
* Developing and implementing nurse education and training programs.
The successful applicant will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Care/Nursing, along with at least 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care. Strong IT, budget management, and administration skills are also essential.
