The Role
The successful candidate will play a central role in contributing to a variety of high-profile healthcare projects, as well as other project types currently at the design development and tender stages.
The role entails:
Developing high quality architectural design solutions, individually, and in collaboration with our OCMA team that meet the needs of our clients and public end-users.
Collaborating closely with clients, colleagues, and partners to achieve design and professional service standards that deliver quality outcomes.
Demonstrating ambition and creativity in conceptualising and realising projects, with a particular focus on healthcare design.
Managing projects through all stages, from initial design to construction, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining a high standard of technical knowledge.
Upholding OCMA's values of inclusivity, collaboration, professionalism, creativity, resilience, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of work.
Job Requirements
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
RIAI Registered Architect with 5+ years' post graduate experience.
Demonstrated ambition in delivering high quality architecture.
Motivated, enthusiastic, creative, flexible person who enjoys working in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients and other disciplines.
Good technical knowledge and understanding of statutory requirements.
Capable of managing projects through design and construction stages.
Revit experience strongly preferable but not essential.
