Site Engineers, this one is big. We’re supporting a leading Irish main contractor on a landmark residential project in Dublin 3, and they’re looking for Site Engineers who know how to keep a busy site moving safely, accurately and on programme.
This is a major multi-block residential scheme, so if you enjoy setting out, solving technical site issues and being right in the middle of the action, this could be a great move.
Location: Fairview / Richmond Road, Dublin 3

Responsibilities
Carrying out setting out, levelling, surveys and dimensional control
Using total station, GPS and laser levels on site
Checking concrete, drainage, groundworks, RC frame and structural elements
Keeping QA packs, site diaries, inspection records and documentation up to date
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams across work zones
Supporting RFIs, temporary works, drawing control, snagging and close-out
Working to strong HSEQ, BCAR and quality standards
Qualifications
2-3+ years’ experience as a Site Engineer / Setting Out Engineer
Main contractor experience preferred, but strong subcontractor experience will also be considered
Strong setting out experience with total station / GPS
Experience on large building projects such as residential, healthcare, pharma, commercial or RC frame schemes
Good QA, documentation and site coordination skills
Right to work in Ireland
Safe Pass and Manual Handling
Practical commute to Dublin 3
