We are situated in the picturesque seaside town of Ballyliffin on the Inishowen peninsula. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality dining experiences with a focus on fresh, local ingredients.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing the front-of-house team, and ensuring that every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
2. Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
3. Manage and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company standards and procedures.
4. Oversee customer service, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues as needed.
5. Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
6. Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
7. Support the restaurant management team in achieving business goals and targets.
8. Ensure high-quality service and consistent food standards are maintained.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
2. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. A passion for customer service and delivering a high standard of hospitality.
5. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
