Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Financial Planning and Reporting Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance function, supporting the company's vision to become the most valued global provider of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
In this role, you will lead a team of accountants, coordinating financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and analysis processes for the trading group. Your responsibilities will include managing month-end ledgers on the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery of quality reports every time.
You will also review pinch points to identify opportunities for shortening the month-end reporting cycle. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive month-end reporting files to support judgements and estimates used in decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of five qualified accountants with three direct reports
* Coordinate entire financial reporting process including budgeting and planning
* Closure management: manage closure of monthly-ledger entries on ERP System
