Site Manager | Fit-Out
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospitality fit-out project in Limerick. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, as well as excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
The Role:
* Manage all fit-out activities, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades to achieve project goals.
* Evaluate compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing safety procedures and documentation to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
