This is a key role ensuring that our managed properties remain safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee planned and reactive maintenance across our residential and commercial property portfolioConduct onsite property inspections and follow up with detailed reports and actionsLiaise with stakeholders regarding compliance with building regulations, fire safety, and other statutory requirementsIdentify maintenance risks and manage corrective actions efficientlyCoordinate external contractors including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and specialist service providersReview and approve quotes, ensuring value and quality deliveryManage maintenance scheduling, tracking, and documentation in our property management systemSupport project works, refurbishments, and capital improvementsProvide quick response and resolution to tenant maintenance requestsFoster positive working relationships with property owners, tenants, contractors, and the internal teamSkills & Experience Required1+ years' experience in a maintenance, facilities, or building management roleStrong knowledge of building regulations, mechanical and electrical systems, and general construction tradesProven ability to manage contractors and multiple workloadsExcellent communication, reporting, and organisational skillsProficiency in IT systems and digital maintenance tracking toolsFull, clean driving licence requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceProfessional development opportunities and industry trainingA supportive and growing team environmentThe opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-expanding companyIf you're proactive, solutions-focused, and keen to take ownership of a diverse maintenance portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
