CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, are recruiting for Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. If you have a retail or sales background with set KPI's to achieve and are looking to work for an award-winning global network, then we want to hear from youBasic salary up to €34,000 and un-capped commission + €4,000 loyalty bonus, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm + more perksWe are expanding our team in 2025 and looking for high-energy team players to represent Vodafone in the field. This is a B2B role where you will engage with business clients, drive growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you're looking for a change, we can support you with training and development to help you succeed.The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers and achieve and exceed agreed sale targetsJourney planning to maximise efficiency within your assigned territoryTelephone appointment settingFace to face selling to decision makers and completing applications accurately on behalf of the customerRepresent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional mannerCompetent IT Skills to report daily activity in field. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and OutlookFunctional Responsibilities:Brilliant with customers and enjoy finding the best solutions for their needsWork on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve your sales performanceSelf-motivation to deliver consistent resultsF2F sales experience working to KPI'sGood with Tech.
