Manufacturing Process Specialist
Elevate manufacturing processes through efficient management, redundancy validation, and best-in-class laboratory practices.
1. Optimize process efficiency and effectiveness by delivering improvement projects on time.
2. Lead procurement efforts for goods and services while adhering to company policies.
3. Facilitate technical problem-solving, CAPA processes, and decision-making within areas of responsibility.
4. Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with Global Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage equipment maintenance, validation, and redundant systems.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory practices and training programs.
* Maintain high-quality standards through collaboration with the Site Quality Leadership team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; postgraduate qualification preferred.
* 6 + years of experience in the medical device or highly regulated industry.
* Experience with audit management, process validation, CAPA systems, sterilization, and clean room environments.
* Strong project management and Six Sigma experience.
