KNOW THE ROLE
* As a Business Account Manager, you will take your customer through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touch point. We want to wow our customers with a personalized experience and enable them to fall in love with their skincare journey.
* You will perform treatments as part of a skincare programme comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals, sharing your treatment plan with customers and linking recommended homecare.
* You will drive retail growth month on month by motivating and supporting the team, thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas, and exceeding all location targets and KPIs.
* You will drive events in-store with both on-counter activity and masterclasses ensuring all events are fully booked.
* You will be a role model, performing all services to the highest standard and assisting the District Sales & Education Manager with on-counter training related to new innovations.
* You must feel comfortable working independently as this is a one-person counter.
* You will follow grooming standards to embody the Dermalogica ethos every day.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* You will have an equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals, which is essential for maintaining the standards of our therapists.
* A Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, which must include Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If you do not hold the Level 4 qualification, Dermalogica will fund this as part of your development.
* You will have at least 2 years of management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
* You will be an outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers.
* You will have a passion for skin health that inspires others.
**Please note that candidates must have finished their NVQ 3 or 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, or equivalent, at the time of application and must be able to provide a certificate at interview.
