The Role:
This is a senior-level opportunity for a talented operations professional ready to take full ownership of a dynamic and fast-paced operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management and future growth of the business, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of mobile technicians
* Oversee customer service and ensure excellent client satisfaction across all sectors (commercial, domestic, automotive, hospitality)
* Lead and support office and logistics staff at head office
* Manage and maintain a fleet of service vehicles, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance
* Streamline internal processes to improve response times, service quality, and team productivity
* Contribute strategically to the continued growth and expansion of the business
About You:
* Proven experience in logistics, operations, or service delivery management
* Excellent people management and communication skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working under pressure and handling competing priorities
* Ambitious, proactive, and driven to help scale a national business
* Industry experience (trade services, emergency response, security, or automotive) a plus but not essential
