About The Treo Platform The newly launched Treo Platform is a cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal solution built on 65nm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) technology.
Supporting voltage ranges from 1–90 V and operating temperatures up to 175°C, Treo is engineered for high-performance applications in automotive, medical, industrial, and AI data centers.
Its modular architecture simplifies design, reduces system costs, and accelerates time-to-market.
All products are manufactured at our state-of-the-art 300mm fab in East Fishkill, NY.
Your Role We are seeking a seasoned Digital Design Expert to lead as the Digital Architect for the Treo Platform.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture of a transformative technology platform within a dynamic, global organization.
You will collaborate with a focused team of architects to define and evolve the digital architecture of the Treo Platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Define architectural requirements and product partitioning Create a scalable and robust platform-level digital architecture Select and configure IP blocks for optimal performance Specify hardware/software interfaces Collaborate with IP centers of excellence on RTL and IP integration Lead verification planning and ensure design testability Work cross-functionally with product, silicon, validation, and systems teams Perform hands-on RTL coding for design exploration and prototyping Drive innovation and standardization across platform designs Qualifications Required Qualifications Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field15+ years of experience in digital design, So C architecture, or hardware engineering Proven expertise in So C architecture, IP selection, RTL design, verification, and emulation Strong grasp of digital design principles: FSMs, timing analysis, combinational/sequential logic Proficiency in Verilog/System Verilog Familiarity with tools: Lint, CDC, RDC, Design Compiler Experience with standard interfaces: APB, AHB, AXI, SPI, I2 C, DMAKnowledge of ARM and RISC CPU subsystems Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing Design techniques: pipelining, low latency, power optimization Experience writing high-quality technical documentation Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PERLExperience mentoring engineers and leading small projects Ability to write specifications from high-level requirements Understanding of DFT, Functional Safety (Fu Sa), Cryptography, and Security Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-driven digital design tools Exposure to platform standardization and IP reuse strategies About Usonsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
