We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Representative.
Job Description:
The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals. This involves being an ambassador for the company, utilizing expert communication, sales, and negotiation techniques to convert potential leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential and/or commercial customers with a focus on high conversion rates.• Promote and sell products/services consistently hitting/exceeding individual targets and KPIs.• Execute strategic sales approaches to maximize customer engagement.• Overcome objections and close deals effectively ensuring a high success rate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in direct sales/field sales roles within the Utilities or Telecoms sector.• Highly competitive self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.
