Qualifications:
* QQI Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar - all modules are mandatory
* Eligible to work in Ireland
* Minimum 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland
Requirements for agency care staff:
* Positive attitude
* Recent experience in a healthcare environment
* Ability to take initiative
* Excellent communication skills
* Provide high-quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of practice at all times
* Timely patient reporting and maintaining accurate documentation
* Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident’s/patient’s care
* Show motivation and take responsibility for professional self-development, including presenting up-to-date compliance documents
* Follow policies, protocols, and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
