Site Agent
on behalf of our client, a leading civil contractor based in West Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Your Role Will Include:
* Promoting and upholding the highest HSQE standards on-site at all times
* Reviewing construction work packages prior to execution
* Overseeing daily site operations and supervising site teams
* Identifying and advising on commercial risks and opportunities
* Coordinating with internal departments and external partners
* Managing accurate site documentation and records
* Supporting project planning, design input, and stakeholder engagement
* Keeping senior management informed on project progress and challenges
What You Bring:
* Prior experience in a Site Agent or Site Management role
* Background in
civil engineering
or
water infrastructure
projects
* Valid and current health & safety training certifications
* Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the Southeast
