Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will be a vital part of the store leadership team, working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This hands‑on role blends operational focus with team support, helping to keep the shop floor running smoothly while fostering a positive, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
* Partner in the day‑to‑day leadership and support of store team members.
* Drive performance through coaching, motivation and clear communication.
* Contribute to merchandising, visual standards and stock control.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
* Support key daily routines such as till checks and close‑up procedures.
* Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued.
What We’re Looking For
* 1‑2 years of experience in a retail or team‑leadership role preferred.
* Reliable and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong people skills and excellent communication ability.
