We're looking for a German Sales Executive to join a specialized team focused on a leading online commerce platform. You'll be at the forefront of helping businesses of all sizes succeed in the digital economy by helping them launch and manage their own online stores. What You'll Do Consult and Engage: You'll connect with prospects to understand their business goals and challenges, then provide tailored solutions to help them grow. Build the Pipeline: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers, primarily within the SMB segment. Drive Outbound Sales: Lead high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in our platform. Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from the initial contact through to the contract signature, and maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, solution engineering, and customer success, to improve client outcomes. Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on the latest product features, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide the best possible advice and service to merchants. What You'll Need to Succeed Fluent in both German and English. Proven experience in a closing sales or sales development role, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, especially within the SMB segment. A passion for "hunting" and acquiring new business, with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset. The ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing a territory to build a robust sales pipeline. Experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus. Experience selling into the E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality sectors is a bonus. A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the tenacity to pursue leads and close deals.
