The overall aim of this role is to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to the service users and to empower persons with a disability to achieve their short- and long-term goals while mastering their independent living skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Delivering high-quality care to service users;
* Empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential;
* Leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care;
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required;
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* A Nursing Degree (registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or entitled to be so registered);
* OR a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or CORU registration;
* AND at least three years' managerial experience within the Health Sector;
* Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
